By simply placing tied trash bags outside their door, residents enjoy hassle-free pickup with our team handling the rest—transporting the bags to the onsite dumpster or compactor. This service, ideal for apartment complexes, condominiums, student housing, and senior living, boosts resident satisfaction and retention while offering property managers a secondary revenue stream. With regular pickups and the added convenience, trash valet enhances community appeal, boosts property value, and simplifies waste management for all involved.
Before Your First Pickup:
- Prior to your first pickup, we’ll provide Bin Butlers’ trash bins for each unit on your property.
- You’ll also receive our Community Trash Collection Guide with clear instructions on how to use the service.

Get Ready for Pickup
- On collection days, simply place your bagged trash in the provided Bin Butlers trash bin. Make sure the bag is securely tied and the lid is closed.
- Set the bin outside your door before 9:00 AM.

Collection
We Take Care of the Rest
- Our trained Bin Butlers will begin collecting trash at 9:00 AM.
- We’ll go door-to-door, collecting the trash from each bin and taking it to the on-site dumpster or compactor.

After Collection:
Bring the Bin Inside
- Once your trash has been picked up, please bring the bin back inside your home—either immediately after pickup or when you return from work or school.
- It’s that simple!
